Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BNB Wise Financial Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, tax preparation, and credit solutions. Because of the nature of our services and digital products, we maintain the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

1. Training Programs & Digital Products

All training programs, courses, masterclasses, webinars, and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our intellectual property.

2. Service-Based Offerings

Tax preparation, credit repair, and consulting services may be eligible for a refund only if work has not yet begun.

Once services are initiated (document review, account setup, filings, dispute letters, etc.), payments become non-refundable.

3. Package-Specific Terms

Certain promotions, bundles, or packages may carry unique refund/cancellation terms, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.

These special terms override the general policy for that specific package.

4. Cancellation Requests

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 3 business days of purchase.

Requests received after this window may not be eligible.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

6. No-Show or Abandonment Policy

Clients who fail to attend scheduled services or fail to provide required documents in a timely manner will not be eligible for refunds.
